Puppy School

Owning a new puppy is very exciting and overwhelming at the same time. It is important to give them the best chance to succeed in their new home. Social skills and manners are important for your puppy to learn.

Sensitive Development Period

Puppies go through a sensitive development period. During the age of 8 - 16 weeks of age. In this time, you want your puppy to become familiar and safely socialise with the outer would whilst making it a positive experience. Avoid things that will stress or frighten your puppy as it'll have a negative impact on them in the future.

  • Socialisation with people and other animals

  • Mental stimulation & enrichment

  • Reading body language

  • Supervised puppy play

  • Behaviour problems

  • Nutrition

  • Flea, tick and worming

  • Vaccinations

  • Grooming & calm cooperative care

  • How to behave around other dogs - young and old


Puppy School is run by Olivia. They are held in the clinic on a week night at 6:30pm - 7:30pm or Saturdays 2:30pm - 3:30pm for 4 weeks. It gives the puppies a chance to learn the vet clinic is a positive space.
