Dr Avi Bechar
Hello. My name is Dr. Avi Bechar. I graduated 22 years ago from the Veterinary University in Budapest Hungary (AOTE) and graduated with a DVM degree. Whilst in Israel, where I was living, I owned two veterinary hospitals, and worked very hard taking care of all my clients and their pets.
I was born in Tel-Aviv Israel, and came to Australia in 2014 with my lovely wife and two daughters. After arriving, we became citizens, so I am happy to say we are now proud Australians. Before I was able to practice as a veterinarian in Australia I had to complete my Veterinary Board Exam in Veterinary Medicine. There was a lot of study involved but I made it in the end and have been working as a veterinary surgeon ever since.
I am very proud to have finally opened my new veterinary hospital in Attadale. I’m very keen on surgery, and have a special interest in Orthopaedic Surgery. I attend many seminars and workshops in order to improve and keep my knowledge up to date. My clients are very important to me, so I try my best to help in every way I can.
Our family wouldn’t be complete without mentioning our two 8 year old German Shorthaired Pointers. They are the cutest and most energetic and spoilt dogs in the world! Anyone who has a GSP knows how challenging they can be, but we love them to bits.
In my spare time I enjoy having long walks with my dogs, playing tennis, sailing and diving. My staff and I look forward to meeting you and your pets.

I'm Dr Bec, I graduated from Veterinary School at Murdoch University in 2014 and have spent the last 9 years working at a Vet in darwin & Perth. I live locally with my husband, 2 young children, our energetic Labrador X Flat Coat Betty and my beloved elderly Russian Blue Kevin.
I have a particular interest in soft tissue surgery and dentistry but also enjoy the day to day meet and greets with all your special fur babies!

I completed my Vet Nursing studies at Applied Vocational Training. I have a passion for dog training behaviour and have studied a various of training courses. I look forward to holding puppy classes in the clinic every week.
I come from a large family of 7 whom I spend a lot of time with as well as my beloved Golden Retriever Charlie. In my spare time I love going out for coffee, nature walks and socialising. I look forward to meeting you and your animals at Attadale Vet.
